1. Paradoxically, resting is that the last factor you must do once you return home tired once a exhausting day. Instead of sinking
into a chair, take a walk, go bowling, play table tennis, or do no matter amuses you and makes you move around. You may be amazed at how quickly fatigue can vanish, leaving you refreshed in mind and body.
2. When you’re driving and have to prevent for a red light, tighten your seat muscles, then your abdominal muscles, and hold for the length of the sunshine—but do not forget to breathe.

9. If you’re a housewife, get the two women in the next block to return over for an exercise session every day.
